Ekodrob’s activity consists in the purchase, the slaughter and the processing of the contracted poultry (turkey and goose).

The production process is run according to the European technological standards and quality requirements. Permanent supervision is held over the contracted poultry, owing to which it is possible to identify a product, its raw material and the complementing additives at every stage of the production cycle.

The plant has two modern slaughter lines by Stork for the turkey and the goose, equipped with air cooling, processing section and a new line for convenience food installed in July 2003.
